Job Description : Responsible for all digital marketing activity in All Alterra Indonesia’s initiative and make sure all the activity going through the right process, use the current working/update methods, achieve the desired results with a low cost as possible, and looking forward any new possibilities way in digital marketing
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Digital Marketing in General
Analyze channel performance via different measurement systems
Close collaboration with user growth/branding/commercial/campaign/and other biz units to leverage each other’s strength for integrated marketing uplift for the whole platform
Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities
Overseeing implementation of the Marketing Strategy – including performance digital marketing, paid marketing campaigns (third parties vendors & agencies), social media marketing and branding
Manage digital media presence and direct programs to improve social media and broadcasting media reputation and recognition
Measure ROI & KPIs and prepare budget
Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications
Liaise with the team to increase customers satisfaction through cohesive strategies
Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and trends
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Min. Bachelor Degree in Marketing or similar relevant field
3-5 years experience in digital marketing with focus on performance marketing and exposure on social media marketing
Ability to generate qualitative and quantitative insights from various data sources
Preferred expertise in performance marketing, apps marketing and experienced in growth marketing
Ability to manage online marketing budget and optimize ROIs
Strong leadership and team management skills
