Job Description : Background:
Global Marketing is focused on developing a Strong Digital Publishing team for which the team can manage the Authoring and Publishing process for the organization website The Digital Publishing Manager and the team is responsible for delivering the Authoring and Publishing activities and coordinating their execution, to ensure consistency and alignment in approach. This individual is responsible for publishing content to all parts of the Web site, building and testing landing pages, and potentially will be building and enabling the complete website of the Organization.
Goal of the position:
Build the strong team to cater the Website site Authoring Requirements across the Organization.
Job Requirements:

Perform System Administration functions on CMS systems
Build out content pages, components on implemented templates.
System testing & validation; includes writing use cases and test plans.
Facilitating and participating in UAT within CMS team and with platform stakeholders.
Troubleshooting gaps in systems outputs
Troubleshooting system performance issues
Overcoming obstacles and barriers to implementation progress
Should have a working experience on AEM 6.5 Instance.
Must understand the process and flow of the end-to-end publishing process.
Responsibilities & Tasks Include:

Creates and authors digital templates (e.g., web, email, display ads)
Creates and authors microsites and landing pages
Manage dynamic targeting rules of content, messaging and offers – including using techniques like progressive profiling
Optimize user experiences to drive efficiencies and improve demand performance through specialized skills in A/B testing, activity tracking and analytics
Administer system / content workflows
Administer user access and privileges with the web content management system
Will be responsible of managing the mullite site, language and mullite region website.
Responsibility will also include in mana gaging the Internal SharePoint sites.
Will be responsible for managing the Sales enablement platforms.
Education and Experience:

Should have Bachelors Degree in technology space.
4 to 8 years of relevant professional experience on Authoring and Publishing
Should have experience in managaging the stakeholders.

Skills required:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Content management system (CMS) –Adobe Experience Manager strongly preferred
Sharepoint Online
Seismic or Any other content Management Platforms.
