As the Digital Website Specialist, you will work in partnership with other teams to deliver a market leading website experience while supporting the Banks data driven digital transformation
Key Accountabilities
Working with the Digital Sales & Service Teams, Design teams, App team and Personalisation & Insights Teams within Digital to optimise our website for the best customer experience as per business requirements and within scheduled timeframes
Ensure the Website & SEO Team has a full prioritised pipeline of valuable work based on customer benefit
Responsible for understanding the full customer journey and using data & customer research, to identify pain points and opportunities
Ensure dedicated development pod has a full prioritised pipeline of valuable work based on customer benefit
Together with Product, Compliance and Legal teams, responsible for ensuring website content is up-to-date and all risks are managed appropriately
Responsible for finding efficiencies in ways of working with internal teams ensure efficient delivery of customer pain points and opportunities
Working with the Website and SEO Manager to drive new business through SEO excellence focussing on key search term visibility and content that is designed for our customer but also to be found by search engines
Foster partnerships with agencies to deliver the Website & SEO strategy e.g. SEO, Content and Test & Personalisation agencies
Key Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Proven ability to deal with and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organisation
Experience in digital marketing
Experience in using content management systems
Experience in using online analytics/intelligence tools (eg Adobe Analytics)
Understanding of digital marketing, and search engine marketing best practice
Banking industry knowledge an advantage
