About the Director Performance Marketing Role:
You will lead a team of professionals in devising paid campaigns by implementing the right programmes, tracking, and analytics. Success in this position requires deep operational experience, expert problem-solving and experimentation skills, a strong analytical and growth hacker mentality, and a passion for serving customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth and transformation, build the business and reputation, and ensure the company has the talent and the teams to deliver on-the-ground
Develop growth marketing strategies that support business and client’s growth through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven strategies
Develop and lead growth projects, including new channels, partnerships, and new market entries
Work cross functionally with teams like product management, data science, ad operations, sales team to ensure growth and campaigns are executed on time, and in line with budget
Lead the growth marketing team and impact company’s growth trajectory as a senior leader within the organisation
Incubate a data-driven, results-focused culture by consistently monitoring revenue progress, identifying actionable insights to improve revenue performance and testing out new tactics to beat goals and respond to changes in the market
Incubate new programmes to grow revenue and product adoption. Design, launch, and iterate scaled programmes, levels of service, and ops processes. Test what works and scale it
Deliver against growth, publisher experience, and efficiency KPIs
Coach, develop, and mentor team members
Create strategic yet actionable project plan for an ambiguous, somewhat open-ended problem statements
To succeed in this role, you must stay current with media and technology trends and digital ad evolution.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Minimum of eight years’ experience driving revenue and user growth
Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a growth role and develop a high-performing team
Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, experience solving complex and diverse business problems
Forecast and scale existing marketing channels, tools, infrastructure and other relevant marketing elements to achieve growth targets
Deep understanding of A/B testing, paid campaign management
Experience managing sales business growth, maintaining client/agency relationships, and leading a team
Experimenting with any new or creative ways of building our brand, generating leads or other value to the business.
Demonstrated analytical and planning skill
Proficiency in paid digital channel
Strong ownership of growth targets and overall marketing strategy
