Purpose of the Role
Ensure that all documents pertaining to business development of Springer Nature Technology and Publishing Solutions (SN TPS) are developed and maintained following the latest industry trends and per management expectations
Responsibilities
Support in developing presentations for our internal and external stakeholders
Working/creating compelling business cases that showcase business benefit and value creation for our stakeholders
Developing solutions and organising, planning, and creating proof of concept documents in conjunction with Business Units
Analyze stakeholders, identify and recognize prospect traits and determine how to influence their decision
Working closely with SN TPS teams create Capability Centre building strategies and translate the same into presentations / documents
Formulate responses in form of proposals to stakeholder inquires
The ability of converting concepts into viable business proposals
Develop in-depth knowledge about publishing industry and Springer Nature
Should be aware of newest marketing trends and understand how to utilize them to bring the best results for our communities
Knowledge on contracting documents including MSA, SOW, NDA, and others.
Should have sound knowledge about cultures and nuances of different cultures prevailing across geographies, ability to translate the same in business proposal creation
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Experience of:
Writing business cases and new business proposals
Working on documentation of Proof of Concepts
Responding on Request for Proposals
Dealing with global stakeholders to document co-created concepts
Skills/Knowledge:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
Strong business acumen
Flair of writing
Should be well versed with latest trends in developing Business case/proposals
Qualifications:
Graduation from a reputed University
MBA will be preferred
Experience:
6 to 10 years of experience in writing business cases in a multi-national company
