Job Description : Key responsibilities:
Designing, coding, testing, Technology upgradation and supporting reliable, robust software applications and services with high-quality standards.
Participating actively in cross-functional feature requirement gathering, design, and implementation.
Contributor at all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle including code documentation, testing and production deployments
o Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
o Write and execute test cases to ensure code quality
o Coordinating user testing and deploying software
o Helping drive continuous product innovation and best practices by knowing, learning, and leveraging new technologies and capabilities
Core Requirements:
o Strong C# programming skills, ASP .Net, Javascript with experience in Modern responsive design.
o Robust object oriented design pattern knowledge and implementation experience using C#.
o Advanced knowledge and experience in developing and working with relational databases such as Sybase server and SQL.
o BTech/ BE/ MCA in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
o 3-8 years for Junior Developer profile and 8+years for Senior professional software development experience
o Thorough understanding of all phases of development, from code organization, architectural patterns, to proper build and deployment techniques
o Enthusiastic as a compassionate mentor to engineers still growing in their career or knowledge
o Expertise in working with complex cross-domain applications in a global organization across multiple time zones
o Enjoys a fast paced, high-intensity and complex environment, troubleshooting time sensitive critical issues and working with people
o Passionate about test driven, clean code, automatically tested and continuous deployment
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
o Strong interpersonal skills with ability to present and convey ideas
o Strong attention to detail, action-oriented attitude, and willingness to roll up sleeves
o Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
