Job Description : An exciting e-Commerce Lead (FMCG) job has become available at a leading multinational consumer goods company.
About the e-Commerce Lead (FMCG) Role:
In this role, you will manage market places, improve official stores performances, and create data strategies to improve sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
Develop and implement e-commerce strategy in order to improve official store performance
Work with enablers to improve operational excellent
Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve official store performance
Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, display, affiliates and social media
Off platform and on platform media
Develop content calendar and promotion plan and official store decor development
Report on performance on weekly and monthly basis
To succeed in this e-Commerce Lead (FMCG) role, you must be comfortable in managing online platforms, improving sales, and also creating e-commerce strategies.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Digital Marketing, or Engineering, or a master’s degree
Minimum five years’ of experience
Experience in developing e-commerce strategies
Experience in understanding official store analysis
