Job Description : We’re looking to hire Ecommerce ManagerJob overview:* Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platforms (Shopify / Unicommerce)* Managing and executing promotional campaigns* Co-ordinate and guide performance marketing agencies and provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps* Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments* Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment* Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance* Work on collecting data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects* Work on monitoring and analyzing SEO performance and website traffic* Work in close co-ordination with agencies to create and manage link-building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences for the company* Co-develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze the content success* Write content with a special focus on checking for keyword density, keyword prominence, and proximity* Should be able to operate on related critical apps like shiprocket, razorpay, etc.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:All COVID-appropriate protocols as declared by the authorities are duly followed.Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:relevant: 3 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 10/03/2022Expected Start Date: 16/03/2022
