Job Description : Job descriptionUnder the general direction of the designated supervisor, coordinate the counseling activities for students about specific academic or self-directed individualized programs, academic, personal or career matters which interfere with achievement of academic potential. Coordinate and implement programs to promote retention.CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssesses student interest, aptitudes, and abilities in order to assist in academic and career planning.Counsel students in developing a specific academic program.Coordinates programs for students with unique goals and needs.Serves as a resource to other academic advisors/counselors concerning students with difficulties.Plans and implements programs to help students with academic and career decisions.Serves as a resource to faculty and professional staff, including at regional campuses, to help interpret academic rules and regulations.Compiles computer generated databases and statistical program evaluations.Maintains appropriate files and records.Performs related duties as required.Feedback-mails/phones (communication channel)Ability to listen, convince and satisfy the query.Responsible for Calling and tele counselling.Must have very good convincing powerMust have experience in TelecallingExcellent Communication skill.Advise present or prospective customers by calling registered customers.Follow up on customers.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Academic & Career Advisors : 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Counselling: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
