This opportunity is ripe for a hands-on and passionate community engagement professional, who thinks strategically and is willing to roll up their sleeves. Leveraging stakeholder management expertise, you’ll form deep relationships with key-customers (building tenant representatives) to identify and implement Placemaking & Communications initiatives that enhance their employees’ workday. Examples include:
Lobby Activations
Panel Talks & Workshops
Community Service & Charity Initiatives
Digital Content
Art Exhibitions & Building Lighting
In-Person or Digital Services
Retail Promotions
This is a broad and creative role – from managing social media advertising to organising thought-leadership panel events. Each day will be varied – and you’ll be in the driver’s seat. You’ll have great exposure to senior stakeholders with access to mentoring and career development. The team has a fun, supportive and close-knit culture. Plus, you’ll finish up each day knowing you impacted thousands of people’s workday experience.
Your key deliverables will include:
Leadership of the Front of House / Concierge team
End-to-end content management for communications channels: building app, website, lift & lobby screens, operational guides, and social media
Design & delivery of annual event calendar (including pop-up services, retail partnerships, customer networking talks and lobby activations)
Exhibition partnership management (including art galleries and local council)
Oversight of wellbeing amenity – including classes, health practitioners, talks and pop-up clinics
Oversight of all sensory elements – including music, scenting & florals
Employee engagement reporting for customers (tenants) and client (landlord)
Budget management
About you:
Tertiary qualified in communications or marketing with demonstrated experience in communications, marketing, events or customer experience management
Ability to ideate, implement, host and review events with an understanding of marketing principals and platforms
Natural influencer with expertise in relationship-building and experience in client or customer liaison
