Job Description : Skin Clinic categorySkin Clinic category was launched in July of 2021 to provide non-invasive/ minimally invasive aesthetic treatments to users from the comfort of their home. At present, the category is live in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore and will scale to all Tier 1 cities in next 6 months. The services are provided by experienced and trained aestheticians at the user’s home. Online video consultation is conducted before the service to check for contra-indications and identify skin and hair types based on which treatment parameters are passed to the aestheticians.Role and responsibilitiesAs a counsellor onboard, your responsibilities will be to ensure highest possible outcomes for users in each treatment session. The day to day activities will broadly include, but will not be limited to:a. Virtual video consultations with users to identify skin issues and recommend suitable offeringb. Actively manage user treatment outcomes throughout the journey and touch base with users every month to understand their concerns. Guide the user on the right pre and post care regimenc. Work with city head (Dermatologists) to derive insights on structural changes in the process and solve deviation scenariosd.
