Job Description : Bradfield Group comprises two companies – Bradfield Learning and Development Ltd, which is a world leading brand in the provision of CIPD training and the oldest established private provider of CIPD qualifications as well as Bradfield HR Ltd which provides HR Services and Consultancy.Bradfield Learning and Development Ltd is on the coveted panel of CIPD B2B partners and works with major corporate clients, delivering large scale projects. There are aggressive plans to develop its on-line on demand training across the globe.Working closely with the Managing Director at our Head Office, you will manage the finances of the Group, providing month end accounts, day to day book-keeping and credit control as well as managing our supplier contracts, including members of our network of world class trainers. You will be an important part of our team liaising with our students, suppliers, including our external accountants and the Bradfield team. We are a professional and vibrant company with a strong brand and a great story to tell!You will ideally have five years experience of book keeping and preferably an AAT Level 3 qualification but if you have Level 2 and would like to study for the next level, we can support you to do that. Ideally you will have used Quickbooks or if not another finance system which is suitable for small businesses such as Xero.
