Part of this means working with the likeminded ambitious individuals…..Front End DeveloperUK Trade Furnishings are looking for a Front End Developer with strong front end development skills to join our Leeds based team working with the Web, Marketing and Design teams to create briefs and turn visual designs into updates to drive the development of our Magento 2 website.The right candidate will have an up to date working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and front-end development best practices and should be able to work alongside the Marketing and Design team to plan and execute front end site changes with a focus on usability, performance and maintainability.Key Skills: · Good knowledge of mobile first design implementation· Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery skills· Strong working knowledge of Magento 2 front end development· Knowledge of front end development best practices· Knowledge of building and maintaining fully translatable themesBeneficial Skills: · Experience in ecommerce environments· Magento Experience· Knowledge of LESS and CSS compilation tools· Knowledge of Magento coding standards· Knowledge of Git for version control· Local development tools and virtual servers knowledge· Experience of Magento front end optimization and ongoing best practice· Google Tag Manager experience· Google Analytics experience· Google Analytics event tracking experience· Facebook event tracking experience· Gitlab use· External font service use· Cloudflare use· Schema.org microdata experienceBenefits: This is a full-time permanent role, with working hours between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.
