We need someone who is passionate, problem-solving developer excited by technology and innovation.You will be a quick learner who actively seeks opportunities to push boundaries and is comfortable with ambiguity. Working with a small team of like-minded people who are all keen to collaborate and drive each other forward you will thrive in an environment which continuously looks to improve and innovate. Self-driven with ability to work independently you will also welcome instruction and challenge from colleagues.Skills required: – -HTML, JavaScript ES6, CSS and JQuery, AJAX- An understanding of secure frontend development- -Familiarity with best practises and usability, conversion optimisation and accessibility- Good understanding of SEO- Proficient in code vision tools- Understanding of web markup- Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code- Cross browser testing experience- Some understanding of frameworks like Symfony, Codeigniter, Yii2 or Laravel (however full training will be provide)- Experience with working with both remote and in-office team membersDesired skills: – Content management with ecommerce system such as WordPress- Artistic creativity for collaborating with Web Designers and clients as required- AGILE development experience- UI design experience desired but not essential- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Aimeos and ShopifyOur roles are hybrid with the need to only come into the office 1 or 2 days a week giving you a great work life balance!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionCycle to work schemeOn-site parkingWork from homeSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Front End Developers: 1 year (preferred)
