The Sr. System Analyst in Digital Workspace Services will be responsible to improve business efficiency and productivity using Intelligent Automation tools and Collaboration platforms.
What are the ongoing responsibility?
Technical Design (50%): Defines the technical design to deliver business outcomes and maximize efficiencies. Leverages technology strategies to facilitate the iteration of prototypes and implement high-value solutions with business and technology partners. Leads solutions options and business partner decision-making to minimize the amount of project investment divergence from target outcomes.
Partners with project/program teams to identify opportunities for creating reusable artifacts. Partners with stakeholders to identify strategies for streamlining application work processes; leads design of interfaces and features for an existing application(s); and ensures the assessment of technical and non-technical implications. Implements solutions across multiple business functions, which may include multiple applications and domains. Recommends alternative solutions to a business need. (Required)
Technical Support & Service (20%): Leads others in providing technical support and service. Leads within their team and coordinates with various technology teams to manage and support applications. Identifies improvement opportunities to streamline the existing application. Identifies subject matter expert resources required to ensure proper skills are aligned with required technical/system tasks.
Leads the development of application-related reports and metrics, such as performance, availability, and incident resolution; identifies trends and offers solutions to automate generation. (Required)
Planning & Communication (20%): Leads the implementation of changes to existing applications with impacted stakeholders. Leads application changes, schedules, meetings, and any other related activities. Leads others in testing efforts. Contributes to communities of practices and project community forums to address ongoing needs for the project professional community. Introduces enterprise- or industry specific best practices or lessons learned that impact the organization and shares them with the project professional community. (Required)
Team Leadership (10%): Motivates and inspires teams to coalesce and commit to shared purpose. Drives team efforts and promotes team coordination. Creates a collaborative environment for distributed or virtual teams. Provides guidance, feedback, coaching, mentoring, and training to system analysts. (Required)#MID_SENIOR_LEVEL
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Overall, 6 -8 years of Automation and Collaboration tools
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks, working effectively with little or no direction.
Build collaborative relationships with management, partners, and peers from diverse backgrounds.
Effective verbal, written and inter-personable communication skills.
Advanced active-listening skills.
Formal meeting organization and facilitation skills.
Advanced analytical skills and ability to perform system analysis, review system data, and make risk-based decision to resolve issues.
Ability to methodically breakdown a process or issue by asking critical, thoughtful questions.
Ability to take command and control of cross functional teams and direct personnel from multiple workgroups towards common goals and objectives.
Strong English language skill, including the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and build relationships with peers, co-workers, and management personnel from different countries and diverse backgrounds.
Willingness to adjust shift schedule to accommodate higher than normal workload, holidays, and on-call shift rotations.
Experience with project management methodologies, including Disciplined Agile Delivery or DevOps.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
Overall, 7 – 9 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 2 – 3 years of Microsoft 365 experience.
Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in Automation tools, like, Power Apps, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere or Xceptor.
Good verbal and written communications skills and collaboration with various IT Departments.
Provide Production Support for SharePoint Application.
Builds and maintains a good working relationship with the user community, with-in and outside teams.
Works independently and in consultation with manager and technical leads, to lead different initiatives.
Shift Work Timing – 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
