Job Summary:
EY Talent Shared Services (TSS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple Talent/HR support services. TSS provides services to Region, Area and Global teams in Talent and Learning functions. These services are delivered from centres in Dalian, China; Kerala and Bangalore, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines.
EY Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) works in a fully integrated way with onshore Learning teams and colleagues, participating in meetings, projects, planning and execution activities as part of one team. It is aligned with the Global Learning Process Model and in conjunction with off-shore TSS managed services (Content Admin Team and Deployment Admin Team).
EY Global Learning Deployment team is a dynamic, virtual team of Global Learning Deployment professionals working from 20+ diverse geographical locations across the world. We are looking for a colleague who will bring new ideas and fresh pair of eyes to our work across EY.
EY VTH Masters Learning Deployment Specialist – Senior Associate – role will focus on supporting the Masters programs that EY delivers. In conjunction with Hult Internation Business School, EY now offers their people the opportunity to pursue further education in the form of a Tech Masters in Business Administration, a Masters in Business and Analytics and a Masters in Sustainability. These online degrees require completion of EY Badges in addition to further EY/Hult delivered challenges and content, culminating in a final capstone project. These high profile programs are scaling quickly and additional support is needed to ensure their continued successful deployment. Reporting in to the Masters Program Manager and working directly with applicants to collate registration information and track progress against defined processes.

Essential Functions of the Job:
Responsibilities:
Review all new program applications for completeness and enter applicant details onto tracker for each program.
Mailbox management for each program – responding to learner queries in a professional and timely manner and escalating any issues to the Masters Program Manager.
Tracking leaner status against defined actions in the tracker and reporting to Masters Program Manager
Manage and maintain Yammer and MS Teams (SharePoint) sites by responding to questions/comments
Coach, support and advise users with the processing of all Masters documentation
Update and publish Tech MBA materials and resources on SAP JAM and SharePoint site
Build and maintain close working relationships with Badges Admin Team (BAT)
Contribute to other activities or projects across the wider Global Learning Deployment Team
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills required, to be able to work effectively with colleagues and teams in different geographical locations
Understanding of EY Badges preferred
Knowledge of SuccessFactors preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels
Strong team worker, with enthusiastic, can do approach, with ability to coordinate and work as ‘one team’
Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly
Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office 365 suite – Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc
Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements
Other Requirements:
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed
Previous experience in administration of university degrees or administration an advantage
May need to work extra hours in case of special customer requirements

Experience of managing large volumes of data with accuracy
Experience of balancing multiple competing priorities and meeting deadlines
Experience of working in Learning and development is desired
Working in international and diverse environments
5+ years’ work experience preferred
