Job Description : As the Google Ads Specialist, you will be accountable for the following
Strategy building, setup, optimisation, and scaling of Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns
Daily data analysis of campaigns identifying areas of opportunity to improve performance of campaigns and maximise ROAS
Interpret campaign performance and provide insightful analysis.
Use advanced bidding strategies to achieve campaign CPAs.
Understand the customer journey and provide actionable recommendations for Search and Shopping
Be responsible for the PPC budget, measuring spends and revenue growth YoY
Landing page split-tests and optimisation to ensure we are getting the best return possible out of every ad spend dollar
Technical setup of tracking scripts and conversion event codes
Setup, management, and optimization of Shopping Data Feeds, keeping feed errors to a minimum.
Requirements
3+ years of Google Ads experience
Proven track record of exceptional Google Ads Results & Experience
Exceptional Google Shopping, Google Display and/or YouTube results a big advantage
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Excellent Productivity and Prioritisation skills
Elite communication skills – both written and verbal
Team-oriented; professional and collaborative attitude.
Highly organised and self-starting.
Ability to successfully build professional relationships inside and outside of the organisation.
Diligent with strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
Team player with a strong focus on the clients success
