1. Responsible for developing multiple aspects of Windows Graphics device drivers and virtualization for both existing hardware and in pre-silicon environments. 2. End-to-end development responsibility – Designs, develops, debugs and tests on the target system. 3. Engages with IOTG business units to understand customer usage models, resulting requirements, and provide software architectural guidance to solve problems. 4. Will work as part of a highly skilled team that has proven over years through great team spirit, knowledge cross sharing and positive work environment. 5. High involvement in system topics like memory configuration, resource handling, system initialization. 6. Need to drive silicon Power On camps to prove successful execution of Windows Graphics device drivers and support various system tracks. This requires strong preparation and alignment during pre-silicon development phase. 7. Designs, develops, maintains, and evaluates virtualization, including development and enablement of features and performance within hypervisors and virtual machine monitors. Designs and develops an understanding of hypervisors, operating system internals, and/or silicon on platform features.
Qualifications
1. BTech/MTech with at least 8+ years of relevant experience in embedded software development including Windows Graphics device drivers. 2. Strong programming skill in C and C++ 3. Strong in CPU architecture ARM, X86 or equivalent 4. Extensive embedded software debugging experience like Windbg, JTAG, ITP 5. Faster system level problem solving skills through analytical approach. 6. Strong Communication and negotiation skills. 7. Hands-on experience with JTAG based debug tools such as Lauterbach T32. Advance debugger usage like profiling, embedded trace analysis expected. 8. Ability to drive technical topics across various groups to achieve use case functionality. 9. Practical experience with GIT or similar source control repositories. 10. Graphics Virtualization background is a plus
