Job Description : We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop & CorelDraw) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Degree in Design, Fine Arts, etc.You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.ResponsibilitiesBe creative, adaptable to trends, and conceptualize original ideas.Have a strong, well-rounded portfolio that showcases your individual design aesthetic.Good communication skills to accurately convey the concepts to team members.Be a skilled user of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Corel Draw.Keeping budget, time, and production constraints in mind.Preparing mock-ups and presenting to internal team members before deciding on a final design/concept.Editing proofs to requirement specifications and getting signoff/approval before finalizing artwork & video.Adhering to a company’s brand identity and guidelines.Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about the progress of projects and any issues that may arise.Working with external departments to extend concept and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material.Make sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/color codes before being sent to press and production facilities.Work on multiple projects at the same time.RequirementsProven graphic designing experience.A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as CorelDraw, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other similar design tools.)Fluency in pixel-perfect design tools.Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.Outstanding creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Added advantage of having knowledge of HTML and CSS.A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesDegree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plusJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentPaid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:CSS: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Design: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 01/03/2022
