Job Description : At Dive, we’re looking for a Designer who will be joining the Creative Team as we build and enhance the customer experience of various activities in our product.If you are really passionate about creating something fun, refreshing, and engaging experience which brings a smile to the user’s face and delights them to the core, this is a great job for you!As a designer at Dive, you will:Put fire on our movement to “Make remote work human”.Work closely with the Product and Marketing team.Build beautiful graphics that communicate the product story to our users.Build illustrations for the product and marketing communicationsBuild animations for product and marketing communicationConceptualize and Design engaging and brand-consistent web creativesBuild graphic elements to add to our content and enhance our presentation power. This can be used for creating in-app designs, marketing designs (posters, banners, animations), and sales designs (decks, white papers etc)We are looking for someone who:Love their craft and who crafts everything with loveExperience in designing illustrationsExperience with animationsHas great visual sense and loves to play with colorsUnderstanding and executing design layouts based on PRD’sExperience in designing web games would be idealAbility to work under minimal supervision.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely and effectively with Project Managers, Developers, QA, and the rest of the UX/UI team.A team-first attitude, willing to work on all projects big or small.Is curious by nature and have a growth mindset.Experience with 3D art will be preferredHas strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while still working effectively.Can set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.Can embrace change and is comfortable with ambiguity.Why Join?Fun Product:Build a product that you’ll use yourself and is fun to build.
