We aim to accomplish our vision and mission through integrating our workforce and our ability to use clinical technical operational and industry expertise to exceed our objectives.We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join and lead our Design team. You will be primarily responsible for handling all design projects; from conception to the final stage. The candidate should be an inspired one with a mindset to explore along with the company rather than constrained mindset.Graphic Designer with an ability to ideate prolifically, thorough knowledge of software programs, deadline-driven team-leader with demonstrated.Should be creatively inclined – Should have clarity in thoughts – Should be able to deliver work as per the timeline – Should have good communication and proofreading skills. As a Senior you will be assigning tasks and supervising Junior Designers/interns in delivering quality artworks.Other/Special Requirements. Developing concepts and creative layouts based on a brief· Designing digital and print material for marketing campaigns· Designing websites· Creating Social media content· Putting together proposal decks on PowerPoint, based on briefs· Communication and coordination with different local parties (Digital marketeers, Web developers, Translators, Copywriters, Marketing, PR, Online, etc.)Requirements· A minimum of Five years of professional experience in designing brand identities, grid systems, editorial layouts and applications for web, desktop and mobile.· Portfolio of completed design projects.· Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts.· The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly intuitive visual experience.· Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined designs in a short time.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related fieldJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Graphic design: 5 years (Preferred)total work: 5 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 03/03/2022Expected Start Date: 03/03/2022
