WWW.empowerschoolofhealth.orgExp: 3-5 YearsLocation – Delhi/NCRSalary – (Between 35,000/- – 50,000/- p.m.)Job Description:Knowledge of tools: Authoring tools – Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, Illustrator, Video editing, Integration Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office (especially PowerPoint)Required Knowledge and Skills:- Work closely with Instructional Designers and SME s for understanding the storyboard or concepts- Identify scope, timelines, and efforts for a course content and design strategy- Expertise in authoring tool Articulate Storyline- Creative ideas to make training more appealing in terms of concepts, graphics, animations, contents & flow- Understand functionalities and interactivities from a learning point of view- Basic graphic design knowledge and the ability to create templates in Photoshop or Illustrator- Create, manage & deliver engaging E-Learning across multiple learning styles- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliances- Maintain schedule and deliverable deadlines- Ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment- Research on various other E-Learning development products- Design storyboards, social media posts, interactive design concepts, motion creative like (GIFs) and other creative elements for brands.- Passionate, skilled and proactive to design with pace and quality.- A strong portfolio of work in branding, illustration, typography and visual design.- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.- Excellent design and conceptual skills.- Good communication and presentation skillsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related fieldAn undergraduate degree in design or related fields is a bonus.3-5 years of experience in graphic designProficient in Adobe Creative SuiteStrong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skillsPortfolio of workJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Authoring Tools: 3 years (Preferred)Storyline: 3 years (Preferred)Video editing: 1 year (Preferred)RISE & Captivate: 2 years (Preferred)
