Job Description : We have an urgent opening for the position of the “Senior Graphic Designer” Preferable from a gaming company willing to take challenges and set levels by leading a team of of junior graphic designers to ensure high quality work. You will an important member of the Core Graphic Team, creating Innovative Ideas and Designs and discussing them in order to make it into something that could scale and accommodate the implementation of new features and functionality in the coming years.The role involves managing all design projects from concept to delivery. Other responsibilities include creating original artwork and reviewing the drafts of junior graphic designers to ensure quality work as per our Project needs.He or She should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. Also have experience in implementing in synchronization to our daily needs.Ultimately you will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.Rolls & Responsibilities: · Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.· Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.· Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.· Generating fresh concepts.· Team Handling.· Time Management.· Handling multiple projects simultaneously· Liaising between the management and design team to ensure deadlines are met.· Ability to suggest new approaches and solutions based on our goals· Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.Must be self-motivated independent in doing routing designing work.Requirements: · A graphic design qualification or similar.· Portfolio with design projects.· Proven work experience as a graphic designer.· Working experience in 2D Animation videos, design tools (e.g., Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, After effects, Premium pro· A keen eye for visual details.· Aesthetic skills.Minimum 3 years of experience is required for this positionJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftSupplemental Pay:Joining bonusPerformance bonusQuarterly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:New Town, Kolkata – 700156, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):Have you gone through our website https://gunjanappstudios.com ?Education:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
