We are looking for an experienced and innovative growth marketer to own the Luxury Escapes affiliate program as our Head of Affiliate Marketing.
Laying a robust foundation to expand the program internationally across the US, Europe, and Australia markets, this is an exciting opportunity to help build Luxury Escape’s direct affiliates program from the ground up.
You will be responsible for:
Own, manage and optimize affiliate strategy to influence incremental user growth and revenue
Manage program budget ensuring growth within target efficiencies
Day to day direct and network partner management and program recruiting
Negotiate and manage commission agreements and promotions
Work closely with product and engineering teams on new feature requirements
Think out of the box to develop and test new partnership strategies across new channels
What we are looking for:
Extensive affiliate marketing experience for a D2C company
Experience with advanced marketing analytics, multi-touch attribution and incrementality concepts
Experience working with and leveraging pixels, APIs and feeds
Experience across social, native, web and app platforms and multiple networks
Experience with Partnerize, Optimise Media, and similar platforms
Exposure to Intelligent performance monitoring and fraud identification
Those with travel experience will be of particular interest
