Job Description : Job roles· Facilitate the establishment and execution of the roadmap and vision for information delivery and management; including the enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI & analytics, content management and data management· Lead data architects and data engineers to architect and deliver the solutions that fulfil the Business information needs and align with the information vision and strategy· Apply business strategy while driving technology strategy, balancing short term and long term needs to ensure that the architecture can scale and evolve accordingly· Engage an end-to-end approach by connecting all the pieces of data to deliver the data while leveraging all available assets· Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures to ensure schedule attainment, product development process adherence, and performance and budget targets are met· Take an active role in the performance management process by completing goal setting, interim review, and year-end review on a timely basis and soliciting ongoing feedback· Creating and enforcing policies for effective data management· Formulating management techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data.· Supervise company’s numerous data systems and networks. Their duties include organizing, storing, and analysing company data as professionally and effectively as possible, while also safeguarding a company’s security and confidentiality standards.· Create & Manage Data Architecture & Information Architecture.· Develop and implement procedures for effective data management.· Create rules and procedures for data sharing.· Key in charge of both Business app & Customer app Data.· Training, Support, Oversee and manage all members in the daily use of data systems.· Guarantee adherence to legal and company regulations.· Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results.· Assess system performance and make recommendations for the cloud software, hardware, and data storage improvements.· Manage all incoming data files.· Continually develop data management strategies.· To Recruit and Train team for IT & Data Dept.Requirements· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.· Preferably Data Science Graduation or Post Graduation· Min 7 years of experience in Data Management & Analysis & leading a team including architects, engineers, quality assurance, and operations professionals· Demonstrated understanding of enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI & analytics, content management and data management· Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data.· An analytical mindset with superb communication and problem-solving skills.· Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in nontechnical terms.· Experience with two or more vendors in any of the following areas including; SQL Server, MySQL, SQL Data Warehouse Appliance, and other Analytics Vendors with BI components· Must needed Laptop & SmartphoneJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftExperience:total work: 7 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
