Job Description : 1. Oversee and manage all financial operations and accounting, accounts payable & receivable, and financial reporting.2. Lead annual budgeting and planning, manage cash flow projections, track and manage all funding, and monitor the budget…3. Manage the relationship with top clients and top vendors.4. Plan and prepare for audits, including finalization of audit reports for the management.5. Lead, manage and support a larger team.6. Continuously improve the use of accounting and other systems, leading to greater integration and automation.7. Create SOPs for all departments and develop internal control policies and procedures.8. Finalization of Accounts and MIS reports.9. Provide financial analysis to support decisions of the management team.10. Ensuring that the company is compliant from the Direct, Indirect and Labour tax laws.11. Support and plan the recruitment of new staff.12.
