Job Description : We are looking for talented Robotics engineers to apply their knowledge and experience in robotics to complex and challenging problems and should be technically-oriented and enjoy solving complex challenges.Company: DIYA (Do It Yourself Academy)Designation: Head – Robotics TrainingIndustry: AcademicPackage: INR 30K –45 KQualification: Robotic Engineer (IoT, Raspberry Pi, Python, Java and Arduino)Experience : Minimum 5 yearsLocation: Chennai (Mogappair)Job Responsibilities* Plan and execute all the scheduled classes across multiple centres, schools, colleges, corporate and online.* Ensure consistent training, up-gradation, and positive relationship with mentors – both on the role and part-time.* Measure and report performance of all students and trainers reporting to you, and assess against goals (KPIs). Motivate and guide students, through the mentors, to perform better along with parent interaction.* Identify trends and insights, and optimize class delivery performance and kit effectiveness based on the insights.* Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests while handling enquiries and client presentations.* Train the trainers and co-ordinate class execution as per DIYA standards. Clarify doubts of both students and trainers – online and offline.* Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.* Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.* Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.* Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.* Creating project manuals and work books, thereon work with the designer to arrive at the final cut of the content provided, in case of new course development and delivery.* Verifying the video content produced and working with the editor to arrive at the final version of video edited to upload on LMS platform.Requirements: · Previous experience as a Robotics engineer or similar role· Proficiency in Robotics with IoT, Raspberry Pi, Python, Java and Arduino· Excellent knowledge of CAD software· 5+ years of industry experience.· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.· Proven skills in writing software and programming systems.Knowledge and Skills (typically required for the position): · Ability to translate technical/scientific concepts into a product proposal.· Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with diverse populations in an academic setting.· Requires independent judgment, initiative, strong organization, communication skills and customer service focus across broad and diverse subject areas to realize goals of the unit independently.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)
