Stratton Hospital
Stratton Hospital are looking to welcome an enthusiastic, diligent and IT literate administrator to join the team. Organisational skills, IT literacy, adherence to confidentiality and an ability to remain calm and present an understanding approach at all times are key requirements.

The administrator is first telephone contact to the ward from a range of professional agencies and patient relatives and will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful applicant will support the nurses in the delivery of their clinical services which will include inputting to various patient systems, arranging patient transport, filing of medical notes and message relaying. Previous experience of working as an administrator in a hospital setting would be advantageous. However, training on the relevant systems will be provided together with a local induction which will include shadowing of colleagues

This is offered as a 12 hpw contract to be worked Saturday and Sunday 8.30 – 2.30 on a temporary contract starting in March / April until end of August 2022 with potential to extend.
