What we expect from you:
Develop and implement training programs for housekeeping/cleaning staff; conduct initial training, ongoing training and refresher training for professionals in accordance with quality and performance standards.
Schedule regular quality assurance visits to sites to assess and inspect staff performance.
Coach housekeepers on the job and witness their development, teach them the gold standard of housekeeping
Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards and re-training staff who fall below the established standards.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies at all times.
Prepare, organize, and maintain a variety of quality records and reports.
What we are looking for:
Work experience as a housekeeping or custodial services trainer or similar role required.
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or home housekeeping supervisor or manager role preferred.
Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks, tools and products.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Good grasp of public speaking techniques and conducting trainings.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Being proactive, innovative, creative, and able to think outside the box.
