Job Description : HR Strategic PlanningDevelop a sound HR strategy in compliance with the company’s overall objectives and goalsFormulate, implement and update HR plans, policies & proceduresManpower planning and RecruitmentAnalyse the skills and qualities required for each job and develop job descriptions.Decide recruitment channelsManage the recruitment process for employees and consultants ensuring that the right talent is identified, attracted and retainedCoordinate the advertising of vacancies, assess applications, liaise with head hunters as required and interview applicants. Manage salary negotiations and close offersCoordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminationsEnsure that the on-boarding and staff induction process is up to date and conducted by Regional Managers and Line ManagersAdministrationOrganize and maintain personnel recordsUpdate internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guidesRevise company policiesLiaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal complianceCreate regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)Answer employees queries about HR-related issuesAssist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)Arrange travel accommodations and process expense formsParticipate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)Employees Relations ManagementSet up policies and procedures for the welfare of employeesImplement engagement programmers to increase morale and productivityEncourage and develop employee communication and interpersonal relationshipsEnsure proper provision and management of staff amenities and occupational and health safetyHRMSMaintain employee records and filesDesired candidate profileA Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from a top instituteApproximately 3 years experience as a HR generalistExcellent organizational skillsAttention to detailSelf-drivenGood communication skills with fluency in English language and exceptional writing skillsHigh levels of initiativeWork independently, with a high degree of responsibilityWork well under pressure and to deadlinesSalary – As per industry standardsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Taramani, Chennai – 600113, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:HR: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
