As a Human Resources Specialist, you will support our Global Employees as the Knowledge Manager/administrator of the HR module of ServiceNow. This would include overall oversight of the knowledge articles, campaigns, cases, enhancements, and reporting. You will be a part of our Global Business Services team which supports core HR operations.
Your contribution to the team includes:
Manages global HR Knowledge articles and campaigns, with the support of Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Diversity, Compensation, Learning & Development)Investigates and monitors overall cases, issues, and metrics for future system enhancements.
Administers access privileges for the HR team in ServiceNow
Communicates enhancements and updates to Human resources team supporting ServiceNowProvides training to new HR team members on case management
Employee satisfaction surveys and driving areas of improvement
Monthly core metrics deck for Human Resource Leadership team
Provides back up support to our Convercent Compliance Portal
Participate in project and Initiatives as a member of the Global Business Services team
What you’ll need to be successful:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.3-5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably as a generalist supporting a variety of HR areas.
2-year minimum experience with the HR module of ServiceNow (mandatory)Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. V-Lookup, Pivot Tables and Mail Merge experience required.
Experience working cross functionally (IT/HRIS/Payroll and HR Business Partners desired) and with offsite team members and employees.Experience with an HR Shared Services model preferredDemonstrated experience working with HR portals/intranets beneficial and tools like Workday, Chronus, and Convercent would be a plus
