Job Description : 1.Talent Acquisition Handle the entire recruitment cycle of pan India Sourcing, Selection of (Engineer ,white Color, Blue Color, Operator and all site Operator)Sourcing and arranging & taking InterviewsCoordination with Consultants for providing the CVEnsure timely closure of open vacant position.2.Onboarding Process: All newJoining formality and other documentation Process.Coordinate withIT Assets and mail Id Creation for all new joiningOpening bank accounts for newly joined employees.Interaction with all HODs of all new joining3.Training & Development: Schedule the Training and Induction program for all new joiningIdentify the Training need and done some new Training for existing employee quarterly or monthly.Prepare the Training calendar monthly /Quarterly / half yearly.3.Employee Engagement : Counselling the employee on daily basis pan India basisHandling the day to day grievance of all employees.done some Motivational Training.Exit Interview started to improve the system.4.IR and Labor Law All HR Compliances (PF ESIC Bonus LWF)All disciplinary action against any misconduct.Handle the Violation of Code of ConductDomestic inquiryTermination process5.Others miscellaneous and AdminPreparing the salary breakup and approvals .Labour officer and Government liaison or Certification processLooking few part admin activity like (Fooding,lodging and other arrangement ) for new joining only.Skill Required: Should be MBA –HR onlyHaving minimum 5 to 10 Years of experience in HR Only.Good Interpersonal Skill and People Management.Should have Excellent Communication Skill and Presentable.Capable to Present the OrganizationThanksDeepak Singh+91-XXXXXXXXXXJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹550,000.00 – ₹650,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 +91-XXXXXXXXXX
