Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Perform the full spectrum of HR activities
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in HRM, Business Studies or related discipline
At least 3-5 years of HR generalist experiences
Proven track record in implementing and driving progressive HR practices, initiatives and programs based on analytical HR data trend
Able to handle all walks of life with good interpersonal and communication skills
A hands-on and multi-task person
Able to work well with minimum supervision
Bilingual in English and Mandarin as there is a need to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
