Our culture is authentic, transparent, and inquisitive; we look for opportunities to disrupt the status quo.*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Set up H5 Banner and HTML Email files delivered from client agencies (or coded within Ansira) to be customizable on Ansira’s proprietary platform.Create and manage all H5/HTML Distributor templates on the admin side, for all clients.Identify and resolve visual and coding issues within files delivered through client agencies.Required Skills:Demonstrable fluency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with a solid foundation in the remainder of Adobe Creative Suite and other design programsExperience with photo and video editing using the Creative Suite is preferredExperience designing assets such as websites and emails using HTML/CSS with a portfolio to back this upDemonstrated ability to take designs from concept through launchAbility to work well under pressure to meet important deadlinesA keen eye for design and knowledge of the latest visual trendsAbility to create/originate content and copy for digital marketing campaignsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve HTML/CSS code issues quickly and efficientlyAppreciation and exposure to color theory, composition, and layoutAbility to be self-sufficient, detail-oriented, organized and motivated to excelProven time management skills – must be able to work independently and handle multiple ongoing tasks with rapidly changing priorities, including working with a high volume of ongoing projects with fast turnaroundBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2–4 years of experience graphics/visual designLocal Marketing, SynchronizedJob Type: Full-time
