Interim Financial Controller – £300-£400 p/d 6 months + Hybrid Working Warwickshire

The Company
Our Warwickshire client is a company with an excellent reputation in their sector and regarded as a great employer to work for. They are looking to hire an experienced ‘hands on’ Interim Financial Controller to see them through a period of change and transformation.
Key Duties
Manage an accurate month end close process and overseeing Year End
Deliver a timely and comprehensive and management accounts pack
Produce effective balance sheet controls
Prepare VAT returns and manage any liaison with HMRC
Provide leadership and guidance to a small finance team
Working with various stakeholders to identify and explain variances, track KPI’s and identify process improvements
Stock control and Ad hoc projects for the Head of Finance

Person Specification

ACMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
Track record of working in SME or smaller divisions of larger firms
Exposure to Retail or FMCG sector
Track record of managing teams
Experienced with managing stock issues and possess strong reconciliation skills..
