Job Description : Preference: Solid understanding of basic accounting principleTrading and retail industry experienceStrong knowledge of Auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.Attention to details and excellent analytical skills, Strong time management and organizational skills.Good communication and drafting (emails) skills, Ability to prioritize and multitask.Job Description: Examine the adequacy of the risk management, business control and governance processes and evaluating the continuous effectiveness of controls.Evaluating risk management activities within the organization. Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.Evaluating and making recommendations that can assist in improving / enhancing internal control.Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc.Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans.Review the compliance to laws and regulations and to company policies and procedures, recommend improvement of processes and systems and monitor the implementation of relevant action plans.Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.Coordinating and interacting with auditors performing external audits and timely completion of the same.Communicating with all stakeholders and various departmentsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):Are you a qualified CA?How many years of experience you have in Internal Audit?Experience:Post Qualification: 5 years (Required)
