Job Description : IT / Application Support Analyst – SQL &/or coding skills preferred eg C#, Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire border with home working, £ 30-40k + bonus, 10% pension, healthcare etcAn enthusiastic IT Support Analyst / Application Support Analyst is sought to play a key role within the wider IT development team by supporting their leading edge, multi-tier, innovative software applications & web sites used widely across the financial services sector.The team are partly based remotely with c2 days a week in their offices near Thame & Aylesbury; flexible working options are on offer.The Application Support Analyst will have a proven track record of trouble-shooting & problem-solving web-based applications ideally including bug-fixing, writing SQL queries &/or coding in for example C#, JavaScript etc.They will also enjoy liaising with customer support teams as well as developers & testers in order to resolve issues & deliver solutions effectively.These skills may have been gained in a Developer role or in an IT Support role that included some support of Software / Applications.This is a varied & challenging role with lots of scope to expand & broaden your coding / development skills a great opportunity to gain exposure to new technologies.The IT team has great energy, is very welcoming and every individual is dedicated to doing a good job so your enthusiasm & keenness to learn will be essential.Great chance to progress your career; in a dynamic, successful organisation, surrounded by supportive, friendly & talented colleagues with a great ‘work life balance’ culture.Package includes a salary of £30,000-40,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus, up to 10% company pension contribution, Medical & Dental care, 25 days holiday, contributions towards gym/sports club membership, lunchtime Pilates, Yoga & running clubs plus flexi-hours & home-working options.The team work remotely with c2 days a week in modern, spacious offices on the Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire border close to Thame & Haddenham train station & the A418 / A40 / M40 for an easy commute from Thame, Aylesbury, Oxford, Bicester, Banbury, High Wycombe, Princes Risborough, Buckingham, Marlow & Milton Keynes etc.Free parking or showers & a bike shelter to support you cycling to work.Interested?
