Job Description : Purpose of the Role: IT analyst is required to fulfill, support and maintain IT Admin and Network. IT analyst manages Asset, Domain AD, Firewall and VPN Management.Roles & Responsibilities: · Hands on experience in IT Administration & Asset Management· Doing or Assisting Internal ISO, PCI, GDPR, HIPPA, SOC 1‐2 and Internal security audit· Manage the IT Team for Assets and Change management process· Managing IT infrastructure, domain AD, LDAP, AD DS and Firewall ‐ VPN· Planning the appropriate system needs of a company· Providing support for the network and systems throughout the working day· Performing regular backups and restoring information if necessary· Liaison with the website hosting provider if necessary * · Applying patches and updates on regular basis· Identifying the needs of the company and assessing whether they are being met by the current system· Planning security, implementing and monitoring security measures and making sure the system is not coming under attack· Educating company employees about computer security· Managing and planning projects related to the systems· Monitoring the network efficiency and storage capability of the system.· Good knowledge in batch and power shell scriptingRequired Skills: · Asset management, IT help desk and System Admin role· Hardware and infra, networking skills, analyze and troubleshoot issues· VPN configuration, Firewall Management, VPN, ITIL, Internal Audits and Information Security· Hands on experience in servers, core switch, Networking· Microsoft O365· In‐depth knowledge of computer systemsEducation Requirements: · Bachelors and Master in computers, optional certifications technical in firewalls, Internal Audits and any security· Certifications preferred: CCNA, CCNP, ccna, Cloud certifications, comptia+ security, AWS,Azure,any firewall level certificationsPersonal Attributes: · Good communication skills· Patience and ability to describe technical information in easy‐to‐understand terms· Problem‐solving skills· Be Flexible· Discretion· Being organized· Attention to detailJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹250,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFood allowanceSchedule:Flexible shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusApplication Question(s):Are you an immediate joiner?Experience:Technical Support Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
