Job Description : Requirement of a candidate who has around 10 years of experience. Candidate needs to interact with client and understand requirement & brief the talent acquisition team about the same. Help talent acquisition team in drafting 4-5 important questions that they should ask while shortlisting candidates. Candidate also has to do technical screening may be for one or two requirements as a mock to explain recruiter. when she interacts with client she needs to understand the project, what skill sets are required for the role. This technical person translates this in recruiters(TA) language. Candidate should have worked on Java or Python or full stack developer or Enterprise application level exposure. It will easy for such individual to understand requirement. Candidate should be willing to be available for client call, in case of international call it might happen in a different time zone” 9 hours working, this includes lunch breaks.This kind of job might need to participate in drives on Weeekends also. We want candidates to be flexible and would want them to work hand in hand with members.Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporaryContract length: 3 monthsSalary: ₹65,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift
