Job Description : Job Purpose: –
The IT Security Analyst-L2 is a member of the TMF Global Security Operations Center and will actively monitor security threats and perform in-depth incident analysis, evaluate security incidents and provide proactive threat research. Initially the focus is on security monitoring but as the team will mature in experience and technology, the scope will widen to security operations. The analyst will utilize the latest in technology and be on the fore-front of incident response. In addition, the analyst will have the opportunity to further expand on SIEM and SOC experience and technology.
Key Accountabilities:-
Monitor multiple security technologies such as SIEM, Antivirus, EDR,Microsoft Azure, AWS.
> Support Vulnerability management, Security Patch management.Tune SIEM correlation rules.Perform in-depth incident and event analysis.Responding to and handling of security incidents.Agree and align on reporting and monitoring requirements with business stakeholders.Conduct research on emerging security threats.Modify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.Coach / Mentor junior team members.Knowledge of security applications such as IDS, Security Event Management and anomaly detection tools.
Key Requirements:-
> 5-6 years of dedicated experience in SOC operations and Cyber Security.
-> Hands in knwoledge of SIEM , SOAR platform. Administrative and Monitoring – Qradar, ArcSight, Splunk etc.
> Experience in Endpoint Detection and Response.> Email Security> Cloud Security monitoring such as Microsoft Azure, AWS
