Junior Management Accountant
Reading, £30,000 – £35,000
Wade Macdonald is currently recruiting for a Junior Management Accountant for a well respected organisation based in Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity for a part qualified/newly qualified accountant to develop and grow.
The Junior Management Accountant will be responsible for:
Working other teams/departments to ensure accurate recording of various income streams and reconciliation
Overseeing budgetary control and maintaining financial records of departmental and projects
Maintaining payroll record accuracy
Maintaining records to ensure accurate and timely submission of quarterly VAT returns
Managing and mentoring junior members of the team
Supporting adepartments and colleagues to provide effective financial information and controls
About You:
Part-qualified, either by examination or experience, and they will support you in your further development
You have experience of using Microsoft Excel to at least Intermediate level
Experience and knowledge of having recently used accounting software to ensure effective oversight and management of General, Sales and Purchase Ledger.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
