Job Description : Job Description: -Roles and Responsibilities:BMS – HVAC Knowledge: Should be able to understand BMS systems such as AHU, FCU, RTU, VAV, EF, SF, UH, VRV, Chiller, Boiler, Heat exchanger, Cooling Towers, Riser Diagrams.Also, the Basics of Instrumentation like – Pumps, VFD’s, Sensors, Valves, Actuators, PLC.Input Review: Review of the inputs such as Control Schematics, Wiring Diagrams, Sequence of Operations, Floorplans (Ducting and Plumbing and Electrical), IO point list, Single Line Diagrams, Continuum Database, XBK database.Auto Cad: Cleaning of the new files and PDF to CAD converted files, Tracing of the files in AutoCAD, Designing point to point wiring and the Control panel drawings in the CAD file.BMS SCADA Design and Development: Using the EBO workstation generate 2D and 3D System graphics and Floorplans, SLD’s (Single Line Diagram), Summary Tables, Dashboard Graphics, Welcome Page also Migration of the graphics from Continuum to EBO.
