Job Description : Technical Engineer / Consultant – Software, API, SDK, Web tech, Computer Science Degree – London / Remote – to £25,000 + benefits Truu are working with a leading, digital identity and software as a service business seeking a Junior Technical Engineer with a Software background / Degree.Purpose of the Role: Assist with external client integrations and technical queries. Reporting to the integrations team, working closely with business, product and technical teams.Role Dimensions: Member of the Client Support sub-team within the Integrations team.Principal Responsibilities:*Ability to communicate clearly and confidently about the product suite to allstakeholders.*Highly knowledgeable in the integration process for all Products and able tounderstand a variety of different methodologies that clients will use.*Support and demonstrate the integration process with client technical and business teams. Providing assistance post initial integration as well as supporting Business Development from a technical perspective on technical pre-sales calls.*Working closely with the Integration team leads – exploring potential new integrationpartnerships and innovations to the SDKs.*Providing feedback from external clients to business, product and technical teams*Communicating compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems.*Provide excellent customer service and technical support to external clients.*Proactive in upskilling in supporting technical languages for web SDKs and mobile SDK’s.*Assist the Integrations team with updating and maintaining external and internal documentation facing documentation, such as technical integration guidelines and API reference documentation. Additionally supporting in articulating responses to technical integration and product questions as part of enterprise/government procurement opportunities.Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience: *Experience with web technologies.*Supporting and troubleshooting software issues*Able to communicate professionally and clearly to external clients*Great oral and written communication skills*Capable and comfortable with the range of SDK languages including native mobile SDKs*Attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.*Keen interest in technology and cooperation and willingness knowledge transfer*Ability to pick up new technologies quickly.*Proficient in a wide range of backend technologies, including database systems.*Experience with data manipulation*Self starter – ability to perform without supervision*Understanding of software development at a conceptual and structural level.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £20,000.00-£250,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Bonus schemeBenefits:Flexible scheduleWork from homeSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (preferred)Licence/Certification:Computer Science degree (preferred)Reference ID: TECHCON7354
