Key objective of the role is to own and drive new user acquisition & customer retention projects along with initiatives designed to increase first and repeat purchase, customer engagement and retain customers. This position is critical to drive the ideation & end-to-end execution of all new user & retention programs to keep our user base engaged.
Roles & Responsibilities
Formulate the overall Retention marketing & Customer lifecycle management strategy for Ketto, across channels, and offerings
Developing annual, monthly & weekly operating plans – and owning end-to-end execution for the same
Channel owner across all owned media – email, notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Push notifications, Product Inventory
Track & monitor channel level performance targets of visits, orders, revenue & conversion
OKR’s achievement specifically on LTV (building repeat usage & adoption of SIP program) and DAU’s/MAU’s, along with efficiency metrics such as CTR’s, Open rates, Clicks & Conversions
Oversee and optimize marketing automation strategies to drive user conversion & engagement
Co-own the responsibility of new features & programs adoption, along with Product & tech teams
Cross-functional collaboration with Business Intelligence & analytics, Product and Tech teams to enhance funnel efficiencies & event integrations
Work closely with Brand & Content teams to ensure campaign deployment
Own and manage relations with external solution providers to explore new mechanisms and efficient initiatives to increase both retention & engagement of users
Define and implement the testing agenda for campaigns and automation flows including segmentation, messaging, frequency, send day/time, personalization
Apply demographic & behavioural filters to carve-out User Cohorts and develop user-facing tests to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value
Develop reporting cadence with Business Intelligence & Analytics teams – to track channel & customer level performance
Eligibility
Who you are:
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Post graduate, with a proven 5-8 years of work experience in Retention marketing or Customer Lifecycle Management
Has demonstrated success in building engagement for a digital-first brand, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and proven track record of churning insights from data, and further turning insights into actionable campaigns & plans
Proficiency in marketing automation technology (CleverTap, WebEngage)
Proficiency in analytical and database tools
Strong project management skills
