Job Description : Purpose of the job: Strand Primary Academy are looking to appoint a Lead Teacher (Early Years) to join our academy in September 2022. You will to provide pedagogic leadership as an outstanding classroom practitioner, playing a key part in raising standards through the model of their own excellent teaching and by supporting the professional development of their colleagues. The ultimate aim will be to improve the learning experience and increase the outcomes of students, whatever their ability.Strand Primary Academy is situated in the East Marsh area of Grimsby, less than an hour drive from Hull, Lincoln and Scunthorpe. We are a small, one form entry academy, educating children from the ages of 3 to 11 from the local area.At Strand Primary Academy we have a team that is absolutely committed to ensuring that our children are at the heart of everything we do.Strand Primary Academy’s motto is ‘Together we are stronger’ and we believe that when staff, parents and children work together all children, irrespective of their background, can succeed and achieve their ambitions.
