Plans and implements strategy and tactics in meeting all measures of target
Develops Sales Team and Leaders to recruit Leaders and Advisors
Responsible for Market Mapping, Competition Analysis to identify growth opportunity
Drives distribution teams by implementing developmental and motivational activities to increase productivity and competency
Coordinating with sales, training and other functions to address concerns of distributors in the assigned branches
Implements and promotes productivity drivers like contest, new developments and other initiatives to ensure desired results
Ensuring process control and compliance adherence
Ensure that distributors adhere to company policies, business practices and norms at all times
Ensure timely reporting, monitoring of targets and maintaining MIS
