Job Description : Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with Management including Executive Leadership and General Counsel for consultation and direction on Contractual, Statutory, Regulatory, Legal and other Compliance
Assist in first-level review and clarification on legal language or specifications to leadership in the organization
Assist in the administration of legal compliance and enforcement of compliance policies across multiple business units
Work with General Counsel to customise and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
Assist in legal communications and responses
Manage the Company’s legal contracts repository
Coordination with external consultants / firms / agencies on legal cases, disputes resolutions and preparation of contracts
Collaborate with stakeholders and account owners / departments to educate internal stakeholders on compliance, legal and data protection requirements
Continuously promote a culture of compliance, integrity and data protection internally
Skills Required
Outstanding communication skills and highest levels of proficiency in English (reading/writing/spoken)
Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Qualifications
BA/MA in English or equivalent degree
LLB or BBA in Business Administration will be considered an advantage
