Job Description : Linux System AdministratorLinux Administrator installs, configures, and maintains Linux operating systems. Analyzes and resolves problems associated with the operating system’s servers, hardware, applications, and software. Being a Linux Administrator monitors systems performance and ensures compliance with security standards.1. Must be efficient enough to manage all internet applications inclusive to DNS, Apache, MySQL, PHP. Taking frequent backup of data, creating new stored procedures, and scheduled backup is one of the duties.2. Review all the error logs and fix them.3. Communicating with the technical staff, and other developer staff for relevant source code.4. Ability to work with Linux-friendly applications and able to troubleshoot them when an issue arises from the server.5.
