This role will help associates leverage automation opportunities which will improve efficiency of process by reducing the time taken for repetitive activities and thereby helping them to focus on more value added activities like business partnering
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Ensure the operational conversion of the BPA strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business. Provide management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests, and ensure timely and accurate information gathering.
Provide accurate operational information and advice to support the annual budgeting, rolling forecast and Strategic Planning processes. Ensure integrity of data provided by commercial teams, and provides value added; provides recommendations on forecast accuracy improvement.
Provide well managed and quality financial analysis in order to improve business case proposals and profitability tracking. Continually improve and streamline existing management reporting processes and support the definition and implementation of lean processes to meet the changing demands of the business.
May supervise the performance and development of a small team of BPA specialists. Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
Partner with various functional groups to identify and implement opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Responsible for executing and maintaining a sustainable and scalable RPA program including, but not limited to the identification and prioritization of ‘bot’ use cases, performing feasibility and complexity analysis
Collaborate with process owners to gather and analyze as-is and to-be RPA processes. Define project scope, cost and effort estimation. Development and testing of the automated process on Automation Anywhere platform – Develop test scenarios, and assist with test data setup for user acceptance testing
Works with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing (including sign off) – Work closely with developers and translate business requirements to technical specification – Own all aspects of the execution of each ‘bot’ use case such as translating requirements into process improvement and process re-engineering, overseeing development, testing, maintenance, and monitoring
