Manage a team of graphic designers and content writers.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overall social media plan for Vistara
Oversee day to day social media posts, recommend and run paid social campaigns
Responsible for Email marketing strategy for Vistara
Driver of Vistara’s content strategy on digital media platforms
Evaluate important metrics that affect our traffic from and target audience on social media and for email marketing
Special project – Adobe Campaign Management implementation and subsequent campaigns,Vistara blog, etc
One-point contact for the digital/social media agency
Skills / Attributes
Team player
Keep up with high velocity of change in digital space
Ability to develop skills on technology tool and platforms
In depth knowledge of social media platform, best practices and analytics
Understanding of various digital platform and use of different forms of content accordingly
Data segmentation and target marketing for email marketing
Social media marketing expertise
Team Management
Work Experience
Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in digital marketing
Qualification
Graduate degree from a recognized university

Gurgaon
